Ingo is a Co-Founder of AI.FUND and Founder and Managing Director of IBHO Management and ADI Innovation. He is fascinated by the innovative possibilities of digital technologies, and how they can be implemented quickly and successfully through Ecosystems. There are three major themes in his career: Innovation, Digital Technologies, and Ecosystems. For the past 8 plus years, he has been particularly involved with the topic of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, how it gives rise to innovative solutions and the strategic importance of collaboration, strategic partnerships and ecosystems. Ingo advises enterprises, startups and the public sector on the implementation of digital transformation and applications of AI, fosters investments in European AI startups and promotes the transfer and use of AI in companies in Hamburg and Northern Germany. In 2020 he has been nominated by the German government as a Member of the Global Partnership on AI (GPAI), where he advances the topics of innovation & commercialization of AI with experts from 20 countries. Since 2020 he supports the German Federal Agency for disruptive Innovations (SPRIN_D) as an expert in AI. Since 2018 he supports the German Government in the development of the German AI Strategy.

Ingo berät Unternehmen, Startups und die öffentliche Hand bei der Umsetzung der digitalen Transformation und Anwendungen von KI, fördert Investitionen in europäische KI-Startups und unterstützt den Transfer und Einsatz von KI in Unternehmen in Hamburg und Norddeutschland. 2020 wurde er von der Bundesregierung zum Mitglied der Global Partnership on AI (GPAI) ernannt, wo er mit Experten aus 20 Ländern die Themen Innovation & Kommerzialisierung von KI vorantreibt. Seit 2020 unterstützt er die deutsche Bundesagentur für disruptive Innovationen (SPRIN_D) als Experte für KI. Seit 2018 unterstützt er die Bundesregierung bei der Entwicklung der Deutschen KI-Strategie.
